Kaylee Queen of the Leprechauns
Kaylee made a crown and had a St Patricks day party at school. She told me she was queen of the Leprechauns as she paraded around in her rain boots :)

Moving Day!
Kaylee was so excited to move into her new BIG big girl room and happy to leave the smaller room to her baby brother. She did everything she could to help speed the process up.
She helped Daddy with the vacuuming
She moved all of her bedding over and even tried to move her bed frame
TADA! Kaylee's new room. Daddy and I went through it all before we started moving stuff in, to make sure that there were no scary guys anywhere. Amazingly enough, this helped Kaylee go to bed a little easier in her new room.
I really need to catch Kaylee on video with her new skills. She's great at singing the alphabet now and knows lots of colors. She can even count to 13. She's also been drawing me smiley faces on the magnadoodles when I pick her up from day care. I finally got her to draw me one at home and remembered to take a picture of it! She even insisted on writing her name on it too (that's what those other marks are to the right of the smiley face).
Kaylee never ceases to amaze (or should I say amuse) me! Here she was walking down the hall saying 'here comes super spy Kaylee'
I've been able to work on a few sewing projects lately too. I made a baby quilt for one of my co-workers
A bunch of taggie blankets for all of the pregnant friends I have, cause they are just so much fun to make! I even made Little Fuzz a space themed one.
I think the car seat cover I made turned out half way decent, seeing as though I had no idea what I was doing! You can only see a tiny bit of pink peaking through, but I figure Little Fuzz will be in there hiding that. I still need to figure out what to do about the canopy though!
I had the works done at my last Dr appt for my 28 week checkup. Diabetes test, ultrasound, and Dr. appt. It all went well and I passed my tests and the ultrasound looked good. Little Fuzz is measuring 3 days ahead of schedule and roughly 2.5 lbs.
We have finally narrowed down our list of names for Little Fuzz. Here are the top 4 contenders:
Zachary
Emmett
Seth
Noah
I'll set up a poll so you can put your vote in on your favorite for our little guy!

Little Fuzz is currently breech, but there is plenty of time and room for him to flip over yet. Here he's looking at you.
He was trying his hardest for us to not get a look at his face this time. Both his arms and his legs were up covering his face. Unfortunately, this meant we didn't get any good 3D shots this time, but you can see his long legs stretched out.

Winter Activities
Before the snow melted all away Kaylee and I had fun making a snowman and playing in the snow. Too bad it warmed up the next day and melted the snowman away! We still had a great time though and can't wait until it snows again.

The next weekend we did some work on Kaylee's new room. We painted and Kaylee was a big helper. She mixed and brushed and rolled the purple paint on. She did a great job and had fun! We are going with colors a bit more subtle than our last place, since they were such a pain to cover up when we moved! I'm really liking how it's looking so far. I'll be sure to take pics when we have it all done.

As a special treat, we went down to the big mall and visited the 'Teddy Bear Store' aka, Build A Bear. Kaylee got to build her very first one! She picked the pink valentines kitty. She named her Katy Kitty and has been carrying her around all week :) She was so tired from our day of adventure that she fell asleep before we were even out of the parking lot!!

Daddy went to a train show that weekend too, so Kaylee was all excited to bring her little train set out again and start playing with it like it was new. She can even put the track together herself. Although it doesn't meet at both ends without a little guidance ;)

One night I found Kaylee like this when I went in to check on her before I went to bed. She was completely out. I'm not sure if she was trying to get out, or back in??
Here is the pic of me at 20 weeks for comparison to my 25 week pic.
Here I am at 25 weeks. I'm starting to fill out nicely and I can tell because things are getting ever so slightly more complicated to accomplish. I think I'm in trouble though, I still have 15 weeks to go!!
Things with Little Fuzz have been going fairly smoothly, nothing overly new or dramatic. I've been craving Jelly Belly jelly beans and the black cherry frozen yogurt from Cold Stone lately. A strange thing happened this past week... Veggies are suddenly smelling and tasting TERRIBLE! And I'm normally a veggie lover! I had some broccoli the other night that smelled and tasted like fish - YUCK! At least I still enjoy yogurt, cereal, fruit, and oatmeal. Hopefully those will help cover the lack of veggies until my taste buds are back in order!

I find it a little crazy that it's already the middle of January! We had a fantastic Christmas. Kaylee, especially, loved it!
She got her very first sewing machine from grandma and grandpa. Now she can sew, just like Mommy!
I've finally begun to gain weight now, 2 lbs so far :) And I've been feeling great! I've been craving BLTs for the last couple of weeks, but other than that nothing out of the ordinary. I have a lot of sewing projects in mind for our new little man, I don't know where to start! We've also started making our name list for him. We hadn't given it much thought before we found out what we were having. We'll share our list once we've narrowed it down a little :)
Here, she's practicing on her new scooter
Kaylee and Daddy dancing to a silly song

a new minnie mouse bank complete with a roll of quarters kept her entertained for a while
I threatened to have the drum stay at grandma and grandpas house ;)
One of Kaylees favorite new games, Red Rover
Kaylee with grandma, grandpa, and her cousins (Amber and Tristan)
Monkey pile on Leila
Kaylee and her cousins
Showing off their smore ornaments
Loving on her new kitty
Jesse really enjoyed his new Polar Express train set
Snuggles for Stella
A cape for Apollo
Once we got back home, we put together the gingerbread house
TADA!
The first snow of the year (Jan 12th!) can you believe it! It warmed up just enough for us to play outside for a little bit
#2 Update
Here's my 20 week picture just before ultrasound day! I've been feeling Little Fuzz moving around since the flight to Texas for my friend, Amy's, wedding reception. It's such an odd feeling, I just don't know how to describe it!
To our pleasant surprise, Little Fuzz is a BOY!!! YAY!! Here are some pics of the little guy :)
Here you can see him moving around a little bit

Tis The Season To Be Crafty
I will warn you ahead of time, this post only has 1 cute picture of Kaylee in it. The rest is me showing off my mad sewing skills :oD. I've been able to make a lot of progress and finish a handful of projects lately, which is always super nice. Even better that most of it was done with fabric I already had in my stash!
This is a Crazy Nine Patch that I started in Nov. 2010 at a quilt festival class with Kate. I've finally completed the top! I recently found the backing fabric for it so hopefully I'll get it completely done soon!!
This is a Sweet Treat pattern called Hodgepodge that was picked up at quilt festival last year. The theme for the new baby was owls, so I appliqued an owl to the corner to give it a little something extra. I love how quickly the Sweet Treats come together!
This is a tree skirt from a pattern I'm pretty sure I picked up at last years quilt festival too. I started it last year and just finished it the day we got our tree this year :)
Proudly displayed under our tree this year.
My sister had requested for me to make a Hobo bag for her for Christmas. I'm hoping this fits the bill! I found this free tutorial online for a Pleated tote and slightly modified it so it wasn't quite so huge. It's the first time I've added a snap and an interior pocket. Both of which were surprisingly easy to do.
I'm tickled at how these Silhouettes of Kaylee turned out. They are Christmas gifts for the Grandparents! They were super easy to do, although it was very tiring for the fingers!! I think they turned out pretty schnazzy!
This is the picture I used to trace the silhouettes out.
Next I'm planning on venturing into the land of clothes making by making some adorable jammie's for Kaylee and her cousins. The patterns I got seem like they are written in a totally different language, yikes! Good thing I got the quick and easy ones!
